Sex Coaching Services
I offer coaching, exercises, and resources to my clients to help them identify their sexual values, wants and needs, communicate those values with their partner(s), and feel competent about what they are doing in the bedroom. Not every concern needs a full session. This option is for when you have a specific question or situation and would like professional, compassionate, and sex-positive guidance. We’ll focus on clarity, next steps, and what support might be most helpful for you moving forward.

This is a conversation-based coaching call.
There is no nudity, sexual activity, demonstration, or erotic engagement of any kind in any of my coaching services.
This is not sex work.

Payment is due before the session and is non-refundable.
If additional time feels supportive, you can request to extend the call and submit payment during the session.​​
This is a one-on-one 55 minute session via zoom where we slow down and look gently at what's happening in your sexual or relational life with curiosity, not judgement.
We'll talk through what you're experiencing, what you want more of, what feels challenging, and what your body might be trying to tell you.
Sex Coaching blends education, conversation, and guided exploration so you can understand your patterns, shift how you approach intimacy, and begin building confidence in your erotic self.

Your first session is $200 to make getting started supportive and accessible. Additional ongoing single sessions are $250 or packages are also available at about $175 per session when purchased in a 4- or 6-session package. Payment is due when scheduling and there are no refunds.
Four 55 minute sessions held via zoom.
This 4-session package is for individuals who want steady guidance and accountability. Over four sessions, we explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your relationship to intimacy and pleasure. We set SMART goals and co-create actions steps to begin new ways of relating to your body and achieving your desires.
Session are scheduled at your pace and used within 120 days.
Typically, sexual issues require more than a single session.
$700 total (equal to $175 per session).
Payment is due when scheduling and there are no refunds if sessions go unused beyond the expiration date.
Six 55 minute sessions held via zoom. This package supports you as partners and as individuals. We work with communication, emotional closeness, and the patterns that make it hard to feel connected.
This package includes a combination of joint and individual sessions so each partner feels seen, heard, and supported. Couples coaching creates a shared language for intimacy, so you can meet each other with more tenderness, honesty, and understanding.
Session are scheduled at your pace and used within 120 days.
Couples are required to start with this package.
Package is $1,100 total (about $184/session). Payment is due when scheduling and there are no refunds if sessions go unused beyond the expiration date.

Live virtual nude fitness/body acceptance/sex coaching program for women called Embodied Sexual Power. During either 6- or 12-week sessions, women are able to workout at home in whatever level of undress that suits them. The workouts are tailored to every fitness level and participants finish with a sense of liberation and empowerment. Immediately after the workout we meet on camera and participants receive coaching on sex and intimacy topics. Cohorts start quarterly. For more information, click the underlined link above.
Having a bachelorette party or Girls Night Out event? Want to entertain your guests with something they won't forget? Rest assured, you can moderate the amount of "spice" your group can tolerate (anything from modest to illegal in some states), and I'll bring the sex ed you never got, but always wondered about, in grade school.
I will provide games, and activities that will have your group laughing, gasping, and learning about things that aren’t usually spoken about. With any luck, some of them might even clutch their pearls with delight!

With decades of public speaking and presenting experience, including on a symposium at the World Association of Sexual Health Congress in 2023, I am more than happy to present on several Sexual Health and Wellness, Intimacy, and Pleasure topics that are already prepared.
